JOVO Group was founded in December 1990, with the registered capital of RMB 510 million, total assets of more than RMB 4 billion, and annual turnover of over RMB 10 billion. At present, the group has more than 2,000 employees. The Head Office of JOVO is located at China Shine Plaza, Linhe West Road, Tianhe District, Guangdong, and the petrifaction base is located at Lisha Island, Humen Port, Dongguan. JOVO starts its business from LPG trading, and then engages in the clean energy field focused by national strategy, such as LNG, DME, etc, which involves the whole industrial chain, such as international purchase, storage, processing, production, logistics and sales, etc. Over twenty years of struggle, JOVO has developed to be the large-scale clean energy group integrated with affiliated industrial structure, diversified product structure and synchronized technological innovation, and is dedicated to be the leading provider of clean energy in China.

JOVO completes the upstream resource integration through construction of large-scale liquefied gas oil dock and storage base. Meanwhile, it also creates the complete distribution channel to rapidly occupy the terminal market. Its business involves urban pipelines for natural gas, Distributed Energy Systems automobile filling station, direct industrial clients, exclusive management of industrial park, terminal chain stores, energy-saving transformation, and energy export, etc. The company constantly optimizes and explores the new business mode, keeps its foothold in South China, and spreads business to the whole country with internationalized field of vision, so as to keep paces with times, and continuously drive forward the enterprise.

JOVO structured its oversea whole-chain trade system, including exploring oversea gas source, investing Gas terminal and developing oversea terminal market. In collaboration with five major state power plants, we involved in joint overseas procurement. We also dedicated ourselves to the development of Distributed Energy Systems.

JOVO innovates in the organization, and expands business all over the world. The first two LNG storage tanks with 80,000 cubic meters independently constructed by the first domestic private enterprise, JOVO, are put into use. So far, JOVO Dongguan Base is fully operated.

JOVO introduces CNPC strategic resources, and establishes the joint venture to engage in the business of LNG/CNG vehicle fueling station.

With revolution of investment and management, JOVO introduces Guangye investment and US Starr Investment to provide LNG for GAC Toyota Automobile, and becomes the first LNG operation enterprise in South China.
