Orientation Training for New Employee:

Rules and regulation training: The new staff will be organized for orientation training by HR & Administration Department upon entry, so as to know about the corporate tenet, policies, system and culture, etc

Business training: the new staff will be trained in the gas station and retail sales department of the company to know about the basic business, and have first understanding of the company production, business process, etc

Responsibilities training: Within one week upon entry, the new staff will be organized to undertake related training by the department principal, so as to meet the job requirement as soon as possible

On-job training: based on the different job requirements, the staff will undertake the following trainings, such as management skills training, post professional enhancement training, safety production technology training, service consciousness training, courtesy training, computer operation training, potential inspiration training, and corporate culture training, etc

Outsourcing training: On account of the professional or high-level management knowledge, the company will invite the experts, senior lecturer to provide professional training for staffs, and provide related lessons for the staff based on their individual abilities

External training: based on the company development strategic objectives, in order to cultivate the senior management, the company will provide external training opportunities for the staff who have outstanding performance and management ability

Internal lecturer system: the company encourages the staff to be the excellent internal lecturer, and establishes the internal lecturer training system. The excellent internal lecturer will be a reference for the further promotion
